Cheerios is known for reducing cardiovascular conditions like high cholesterol. In addition, it is rich in major vitamins and minerals like Iron, vitamin A, D, C, B complexes, and calcium. The best thing is how cheerios is a whole grain product which are rich in fiber. Fiber aids in digestion and glucose metabolism which is good for children with digestive issues and diabetes. It may lower the occurrence of symptoms associated with both conditions that bothers children in school.

Almonds and other nuts are rich in fatty acids that promote heart health and increase cognition. Additionally, almonds are packed with protein which can act as an alternative energy source for individuals who have reduced their carbohydrates intake.

With so much promising rewards, increase omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants in your diet.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Omega-3 fatty acids is vital for cognitive and behavioral function. This is because a type of omega-3 fatty acid known as docosa-hexaenoic acid (DHA), is a prominent component of our neuronal membrane. DHA facilitates synaptic plasticity resulting in enhanced cognitive abilities.
